Q: How long does it take to deliver goods I have purchased?
A: Delivery of products usually takes between 1-2 working days. Packages will be delivered by Royal Mail, and will need to be signed for.
Q: What is your returns policy for purchased goods?
A:Goods can be returned within 7 days of purchase. You will need to fill out the return of goods form, which will be enclosed along with your purchased item(s).
When sending products back to us, we advise our customers to return them via the Post Office. Please ensure items are adequately packaged and all tags and labels remain on the garment.
Q: Do you deliver overseas?
A: We do not deliver overseas. We currently only deliver within the UK.
Q: How do I pay for my purchase(s)?
A: You can pay for your purchase(s) by using your credit or debit card.
Q: How can I take care of the garments I purchase?
A: We advise our customers to read the instructions on the label of the garments. This is very important, and will help keep your garments in good condition.
